Our History
In 1939 W.R. Engle formed Engle Construction Company with one station wagon and one ladder. In 1978, Dale R. Darland began his path in construction with Engle Construction Company. From beginning in the field to purchasing the company in 1997 he has built and remodeled many buildings but has also built many relationships. We pride ourselves on being one of the oldest construction firms in Lexington.
